1 Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 To register and maintain an account on bonus365, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.

1.2 Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) bonus365 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances therein.

1.3 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. bonus365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

7 Account Closure and Termination

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bonus365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

8.2 bonus365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

9.2 bonus365 operates within the regulatory framework overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

9.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
